If you would like to order Shop Rite cards to donate to our Giving Tree, please complete the form below. Once your order is complete the Office will add your donated cards to the other cards that have been donated.  Mt.Olive and RoxburySocial Services will distribute them to the families in need.

If you would prefer, you can also purchase these cards in the office during regular business hours or after week-end masses, just specify it is a gift for the Giving Tree. 

Orders must be placed by 12/11/2023
