While writing my reflection on The Most Holy Family, GOD HELPED me to realize that it could also be a reflection on The Most Holy Trinity because the Holy Family Is The Perfect Reflection of The Holy Trinity: Three distinct and unidentical Persons United in One Common Substance. The Holy Family Is The Model and Epitome of the human family. It is The Image of The Holy Trinity, and The Meaning of Personhood and man as participating in the nature of God as persons in communion. We might not realize it but our understanding of ourselves as persons and individuals comes from our Christian heritage, that being MADE IN THE IMAGE AND LIKENESS OF GOD means that we too are each one of us distinct, unique and unrepeatable individuals CREATED In a Communal way.
The Church and The Holy Scriptures Guided By The Holy Spirit Tells us that GOD SAID “LET US MAKE Man In OUR Image According To OUR Likeness.” HE CREATED us In HIS Image male and female, man and woman. How did MAKING Man male and female CREATE Them In The Image of GOD? Well, one male and one female human being have special biological bodies that enable them to participate In The Eternal Life-Giving Act of The Father and The Son United In Bringing Forth of A Third Person, The Holy Spirit, by conceiving a child.
.
The Holy Trinity, The Very Life And Being of GOD, IS THE GREATEST Revelation of Christianity. When Jesus Became Man, He Reunited Man, male and female, To Himself, and with Him, To The Father and The Holy Spirit. In His Baptism and Transfiguration, THE HOLY TRINITY Was Expressly Revealed when The Father Sent The Holy Spirit Upon Jesus in the Jordan and Enveloped The Disciples on Mt. Tabor and Said, “This Is My Dearly Beloved Son.” He Is The Second Person of The Holy Trinity, God From God, Light From Light, True God From True God, Consubstantial With The Father and The Holy Spirit, ONE GOD WITHOUT BEGINNING Or END. He Took On Human Nature, That Of The Sinless Blessed Virgin Mary, Whom He Saved From even inheriting the stain of Original Sin that we inherited from the first woman and mother of mankind. He Is Forever United To Human Nature and Shares His Divine Human Nature With us Through Baptism and In Holy Communion, united with Him and His Union of both GOD And Man.

We know too well how that first sin effected mankind and the human family: divisions, abuse of all kinds, divorce, unlawful marriage and remarriage, brokenness, war and stryfe. There are many people who say that the Church’s unchanging teaching on marriage and the family is a primitive, old-fashioned, outdated remnant of the “dark ages” chained to biology in order to have as many children as possible to build up the Church and that She has to “get with the times”. In the letter from St. Paul tells wives to be “submissive to their husbands and husbands love their wives and children to be obedient to their parents and for them all to put on love and be as one body, for it is the same in The Trinity: three persons submitting themselves in love to another and in the Church, Christ is the Head and the Church is his Body, submitting Himself in love and His Church likewise in response.
