TUESDAY, APRIL 14, 2009 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH 123 East Blackwell Street, Dover, NJ
All 6th – 12th graders are invited to a day of service at the Faith Kitchen, a soup kitchen operated by the Trinity Lutheran Church in Dover, NJ. The Faith Kitchen ministers to all who are hungry, serving a nutritious meal, free of charge, to anyone who comes to the table. We’ll meet at the Kitchen at 10:00 am and serve by setting up the dining room, preparing the meal, serving lunch, and cleaning up the facilities. Permission slips are required and space is very limited.
SACRED ARCHITECTURE & THE CATHOLIC CHURCH FEATURING SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER- MR. JOE DEMARIA TUESDAY, APRIL
14TH, 2009 Theology-on-Tap is a speaker and discussion series, designed to provide young adults in their 20s and 30s, married and single, with an opportunity to explore the Catholic faith in a relaxed social venue. All young adults, ages 18 to 39, are invited for dinner, conversation, and fellowship at the next ToT event on Tuesday, 4/14/09! We are proud to welcome extraordinary architect and St. Elizabeth’s own, Mr. Joe DeMaria as he presents Sacred Architecture and the Catholic Church. Don’t miss out on this wonderful opportunity to grow, rejoice, and learn with your peers this Easter season. Please join us for mingling at 7:00 pm, enjoy Mr. DeMaria’s fascinating presentation at 7:30 pm, and then stay for terrific food and discussion. There will be no entrance fee; but once inside, please support the Mount Olive Bar and Grill by ordering from the menu. Saturday, April 25, 2009 5:00 pm St. Elizabeth Ann Seton All teens from St. Elizabeth and St. Jude are welcomed to worship together at a special collaborative Teen Mass on Saturday, April 25, 2009, at 5:00 pm at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Don’t miss it!
Following Mass, all teens are invited to the Community Room for a pizza social and a brief wrap-up meeting of our teen series, Journey to the Cross. Please join us!

On Sunday, April 19th, please join us from 12:30 pm—1:30 pm in the St. Jude Parish Center for service and fellowship. We’ll assemble care packages as a way of sending our love, prayers, and best wishes to our college friends who are preparing for final exams. Goodies are needed! On Sunday, May 3, 2009, all 6th – 12th graders are invited to worship together at 11:00 am Mass at St. Jude. Later on, please join us at Circle Lanes in Ledgewood from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm for the St. Jude/St. Elizabeth Bowling Challenge. You won’t want to miss this great chance to meet new people, have tons of fun, and compete to be the YM Bowling Champion! For planning purposes, please sign up by April 21, 2009.
Cost of bowling is $3.75 per game, which includes shoe rental.
